I have come a long way since I graduated as a political science candidate in the 80s, working with government development projects and management in the 90s and today working with Human Resource consulting such as career coaching and recruitment with leading Scandinavian Job Transition Management consultants AS3.
Since mid 80s I was the leader of a number of international culture and business networks, and thanks to my Spanish marriage I have got even more talent and interest in intracultural life independent of geographic borders, and I see my self in a role as bridging gaps between different business cultures.

I am also a university lecturer in Intercultural Management and Communication. The focus of my work life seems to be relations between people and organizations cross national and cultural borders.
