This resulted in Emborg Foods AO being established i 1997, where I was made Assistant General Director.
From 1998 I was then posted to the Middle East, which was a strong hold for Emborg Foods A/S, and generated close to 25% of its over all revenue at the time. From a base in Dubai, UAE, I was Regional Sales Manager, with direct sales responsibility for Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Yemen.
